HOW I WORK.
Frequently asked questions.
-
I work with established service-based businesses, consultants, executives, and organizations that rely on PowerPoint templates and presentations as core communication tools. Many of my clients manage complex content, distributed teams, or evolving brands—and need templates and presentation frameworks that are clear, consistent, and easy to work with over time.
-
My work begins with structure, audience, and intent. I bring a deep understanding of PowerPoint’s underlying architecture—how layouts, placeholders, and formatting behaviors actually function—so design decisions support both narrative clarity and long-term usability. This ensures presentations not only look refined, but work reliably in real-world conditions and hold up over time.
-
Clear presentation structures reduce friction. Teams spend less time fixing formatting, rebuilding slides, or second-guessing design decisions—and more time focusing on content and delivery. Externally, visually disciplined, well-organized presentations strengthen credibility and help audiences grasp complex ideas more quickly. The value shows up in efficiency, consistency, and confidence.
-
PowerPoint is my primary area of specialization. I am Microsoft-certified and have extensive experience designing and rebuilding advanced PowerPoint templates, including Slide Master configuration and functionality, layout hierarchies, and formatting standards. These templates are designed to support complex content while remaining intuitive for everyday users.
-
Yes—frequently. I often work alongside graphic designers, brand teams, and agencies to translate visual brand systems into fully functional PowerPoint templates. My role is to ensure the visual intent is carried through accurately while the template itself is structurally sound, scalable, and practical for ongoing use.
-
I do. This includes auditing existing presentation libraries, rebuilding or consolidating templates, standardizing layouts, and migrating legacy content into a new system. Because this work requires focused architectural attention, I’m often able to complete migrations more efficiently and consistently than internal teams managing competing priorities.
-
AI-assisted workflows, including Copilot, are approached intentionally and based on use case. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. When AI integration is a priority, it’s addressed during the discovery process so template structure and hierarchy can support the way PowerPoint is actually being used.
