My interest in presentation design began while working as a corporate Revenue Management Trainer for Starwood Hotels. In that environment, clarity wasn’t optional. Training had to be effective in real time—across teams, locations, and roles—where misunderstandings carried operational consequences and momentum mattered.
I saw early on that strong delivery alone wasn’t enough. Clarity and comprehension depend on content structure, pacing, and whether people can clearly grasp what’s being asked of them—and act with confidence once I step out of the room.
Before I focused on presentation design, I spent years working in environments where clarity had real consequences.
Where Clarity Becomes Action.
When I began focusing full-time on design, I came to see presentations as a unique kind of business system. They sit between strategy and action—translating what an organization knows into something others can understand, trust, and move forward with.
That intersection is where my work lives today. I bring a systems-oriented, business-first mindset to presentation design, using slides as a structured medium for clarity, alignment, and credibility—while endeavoring to treat the design process as a creative practice.
Tailored Visuals, Designed with Intent.
Tailored graphics are integral to the presentation design process. I draw on a range of software tools, including AI image-generation applications such as MidJourney, to develop custom, brand-aligned imagery that supports a presentation’s tone, message, and intent.
Where My Work is Most Often Applied.
I tend to work in presentation contexts where clarity carries weight—where ideas need to be understood, trusted, and carried forward by the audience, without the noise of distraction or unnecessary complexity.
Much of my work supports:
Sales capability and consultative sales presentations
Financial advisory and investment-focused decks
Corporate training and internal communications
Keynote and conference presentations
PowerPoint template rebranding and large-scale migrations
These projects often involve complex material, established thinking, and audiences who expect substance. The goal is not to impress, but to communicate clearly—so the presentation lands with the intended energy, depth, and sincerity.
My background, at a glance.
Christine A. Fowle: founder of Christine A. Presentation Designs
My career began in hospitality, where I worked in operations before moving into software training and Revenue Management. Over a decade with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, I served as a Director of Revenue Management and corporate Revenue Management Trainer—supporting teams across our twelve brands including St. Regis, Le Méridien, W Hotels, and Westin.
It was in this environment that I developed a systems-oriented approach to presentations—working with material that needed to be understood, trusted, and acted on across roles, locations, and continents.
Since then, I’ve designed and refined hundreds of presentations, bringing that same discipline and perspective to my client work.
I hold a BS in Hotel & Resort Management from RIT and am PowerPoint® certified.
Outside of client work, I live in Upstate New York with my husband, Chris, and our cat, Petunia. The “A.” is for Alexa—named after my mother.
